Paul C. Ray has been protecting Nevada businesses in a variety of contract, corporate and real estate development settings since 1991. His practice focuses on helping his clients meet their goals through civil litigation, appeals and negotiation of complex legal and business issues. He has a successful record at both trial and appeal levels in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He has a B.A. in economics from Davidson College and a J.D. from Georgia State University. He worked at a civil litigation firm for 19 years, and he has managed his business and real estate litigation firm, Paul C. Ray, Chtd., for the past 5 years.
