
Paul C. Ray has been protecting Nevada businesses in a variety of contract, corporate and real estate development settings since 1991. His practice focuses on helping his clients meet their goals through civil litigation, appeals and negotiation of complex legal and business issues. He has a successful record at both trial and appeal levels in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies. He has a B.A. in economics from Davidson College and a J.D. from Georgia State University. He worked at a civil litigation firm for 19 years, and he has managed his business and real estate litigation firm, Paul C. Ray, Chtd., for the past 14 years.

He teaches seminars and publishes articles frequently on topics of civil litigation and appeals as well as business and real estate. He presently serves as 2024 President of the Clark County Bar Association, as an Editor of the Nevada Real Property Practice Manual, and as a Master in the Howard D. McKibben Inn of Court. He has served as Chair of the State Bar of Nevada Appellate Litigation Section, as Chair of the Publications Committee of the State Bar of Nevada, and as President of the Nevada Center on Foreign Relations. He is an Alum of Leadership Las Vegas through the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Foundation.
